When you buy a Team plan, you become the group admin. You get a dashboard where you can invite teachers by email, share a claim link, or upload a CSV. Seats are consumed when a teacher claims one, and you can reassign seats when staff change.

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically, and you can change billing frequency or cancel from your account. Refunds follow the standard MarkBook policy for the product and purchase type.

Credit card and supported wallet payments are available through Stripe for self-serve purchases. For board and district purchases, a MarkBook representative can help with POs and procurement requirements.

Yes. MarkBook is designed with education data privacy and security best practices in place, including encryption in transit and at rest. The platform is being built toward SOC 2-aligned and ISO 27001-aligned operating practices.
